What is APK File?

APK (Android Package) is a standard package file format most widely used on Android to distribute and install mobile applications and middleware. APK file is officially recognized by shoppingmode Google and can be installed on Android device by default installer.

What is XAPK File?

XAPK file is similar but more complicated than APK as this standard zip format contains Android app bundles of seperate APK packages, or OBB file and graphics data in a different package.
Simply speaking, there are two types of XAPK files:
XAPK = Android App Bundle (base APK file + Split APKs files)
XAPK = APK file + OBB file

  1. Homescreen > Settings > More.
